Return & Exchange

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Rosie & Smudge. If, however, for any reason you would like to exchange or return your purchase please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order by email. We will then confirm your return request, and provide you the returns address. 

All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused and unwashed with all tags attached and in the item's original packaging.

In the unlikely event a product is faulty we will refund the full purchase price.

Return charges are the customer's responsibility, and we strongly advise you to return using a secure postal method, with a proof of postage, as we are unable to refund or exchange items not received.

We do not cover postage charges.

Once your refund is actioned by us, please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to be available again in your account.
