All applications are subject to approval, and we reserve the right to decline or withdraw access at our discretion.

Discount

Approved trade partners will receive a 40% discount off our recommended retail pricing, with no minimum order quantities required.

Natural Variations

As all of our pieces are handmade, slight variations in size and finish may occur and are considered part of their character.

Bespoke Orders

We also offer bespoke options, including custom sizing, fabric choices, and COM (customer’s own material), with lead times and pricing agreed in advance.

Swatches

Fabric swatches are available upon request and are free of charge.

Payment & Lead Times

Orders are confirmed upon payment unless otherwise agreed, and lead times vary depending on order size and seasonality.

Delivery

Delivery charges will be applied to your order once it is ready, ensuring you are not overcharged.

Please make payment within 5 working days of receiving your invoice.

If payment is not received within this time, we reserve the right to cancel the order and remove your trade account.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, trade orders are non-refundable unless faulty, and any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Branding & Imagery

Partners agree to maintain our brand standards, including not removing our branded labels on the outside or care labels.

All designs and imagery remain our intellectual property, and we reserve the right to review and update this policy at any time.
